TROA Community Code of Conduct

Greetings, fellow Explorers! Ensuring a secure and positive environment within the TROA community is paramount to us. To foster constructive interactions, we request your strict adherence to the regulations outlined in this Code of Conduct when participating in community activities.

Before engaging in posting, chatting, or contributing, familiarize yourself with the following rules. Violation will prompt appropriate actions from our dedicated Moderation Staff.

If you observe any breaches of the TROA Community Code of Conduct, please report them to a member of the Moderation Staff using the designated channels or by emailing [email protected]. Please also report all issues and violations of the code of conduct to mods/admins or on our forums.

If you receive a warning, kick, ban, or mute, we encourage you to discuss it privately with a moderator through DM, avoiding public channels. Alternatively, reach out to [email protected] to discuss a moderator or their actions.

Enforcement of Strict Rules - Zero Tolerance

· Absolutely no tolerance for spamming or intentional annoyance of fellow users. Maintain language that is consistently age-appropriate, considering the diverse age range within our community.

· Zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, stalking, threats, or any content linked/uploaded that promotes such unacceptable behavior.

· Refrain from using our community platform for advertising other sites, products, or social media. Steer clear of engaging in flaming, trolling, or baiting to provoke reactions from others.

· Do not entertain arguments with the leadership or staff under any circumstances. Strictly prohibit any form of impersonation of TROA leadership or staff members.

· Demonstrate respect for the diverse opinions of other users; avoid criticizing or deriding their beliefs about the game. Prohibit the use, posting, distribution, or linking to explicit, violent, derogatory, demeaning, or discriminatory content.

· Do not initiate direct contact with TROA leadership in community areas; contact Moderation Staff first. Avoid discussions on political or religious topics in community areas, including figures related to politics or religion.

·  Enforce a strict prohibition on encouraging, supporting, linking to, or discussing piracy-related activities.

·  Extend help to new users by responding informatively to their questions. Posting personal details about another user is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

·  Language and Communication: Keep communication civil and refrain from using offensive language. Harassing or abusive messages, whether in-game or on our platforms, are against the rules.

·  Reporting Mechanism: If you witness or experience any form of misconduct, promptly report it to the moderators. We are committed to addressing issues and maintaining a safe space. Privacy: Respect the privacy of fellow members.

·  Do not share personal information without explicit consent. Inclusive Events: Organize and participate in events that promote inclusivity and diversity. Let's celebrate the richness of our community.

·  Moderator Authority: Follow the instructions of the moderators. Their role is to ensure a positive environment and enforce these rules.

·  Helping Each Other: Encourage a helpful and supportive atmosphere. If someone needs assistance or guidance, lend a helping hand.

·  Feedback and Suggestions: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve our community. Together, we can make TROA an even better place for all.

By being a part of TROA, you agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community.
