How do I become a Civilian?
The first step to applying for the Civilian Operations department within TROA is to find one of the buttons that say “Apply for civilian”. After clicking one of those buttons it will take you to the application page, fill out the application, once you have submitted the application a recruitment member will contact you with further instructions.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Civilian Department is to create fun and realistic roleplay scenarios that will create hours of enjoyment for both emergency services and other civilians. It is our goal at TROA RP to make sure that the civilians act appropriately while still having fun and providing amazing scenarios. All promotions take place at the end of the month, or within the nearest patrol of that time frame. Promoted members earn one rank per promotion cycle. Promotions are judged by a members dedication to community, RP ability, and history with the community.

Businesses
Ever thought of running a business in the state of San Andreas? Now you can! Business are available by first come first serve registration, any civilian is able to RP as a business owner so long as the business is not taken. Businesses are ran by the Business Owner/CEO while still following the Civilian SOP.
Military
To protect the state of San Andreas, the United States Military operates out of Fort Zancudo. Their duty is to protect the state of San Andreas from threats that overwhelm the law enforcement agencies.
Federal
The purpose of the Federal Investigation Bureau and International Affairs Agency is to protect the state of San Andreas on a federal level and to deal with national issues that may arrive and threaten the state of San Andreas.
