🏧 Council of Elders (Core Leadership)
- 🛡️Allfather (Icey): Oversees all aspects of TROA, servers, and community direction. Final say on all internal matters. Full access to all systems, tools, and operational functions.
- ⚔️Jarl of Order: Leads day-to-day moderation and community management. Handles escalations, rule enforcement, and disciplinary actions. Coordinates projects, server launches, and conflict resolution.
- 🛠️Thane of Systems: Manages infrastructure, tools, systems, and backend operations. Assists in staff training and technical operations. Ensures smooth functionality across platforms.
- 🧠Skald of the People: Liaison between players and leadership. Gathers feedback, runs polls, and creates community engagement. Onboards new members and supports events.
- ⚙️Keeper of the Realms: Manages individual TROA game worlds (Empyrion, FiveM, Minecraft). Oversees updates, server performance, backups, and community suggestions. Coordinates with Developers and Testers for stable gameplay.

- 👨💻Rune Smith (Developer): Handles code, mods, website development, and system integrations. Works with Realm Keepers to implement features. Maintains performance and innovation across tech systems.
- 🎨Sage of Lore & Imagery: Designs graphics, video, memes, event art, and branding. Supports event promotion and collaborates with Skald and PR Team.
🏦 Hall of Tribal Affairs (Non-Profit Operations)
- 💰Coinmaster: Tracks and manages donations, budgets, and nonprofit compliance. Supports filing and reporting for 501(c)(3) purposes.
- 📜Seeker of Silver (Grant Writer): Finds and applies for grants to support TROA’s mission. Plans and promotes donation drives and community fundraising.
- 🧾Lawkeeper: Maintains meeting records, nonprofit forms, and tax documents. Ensures TROA meets all legal standards.
- 🔆Warden of Outreach: Coordinates charitable programs (e.g., Walk Out of Darkness). Tracks public impact and manages community outreach.
🛡️ Order of the Guardians (Moderation Team)
- 🧩Shieldbearer (Senior Mod): Experienced moderator trusted with escalated cases. Trains new warriors (mods) and supports daily moderation.
- 🕵️Guardian: Enforces rules, manages communication channels, and supports players.
- 🪪Wanderer in Trial (Trial Mod): Entry-level helper in training to join the Guardians.

- 🧙Rune-Elder: Retired or legacy leadership; Hall of Fame.

- 🗒️Voice of the Clan (PR Lead): Manages TROA’s public presence and community image. Works with Media Sage and Skald.
- 🧾Wordrunner (PR Officer): Responds to inquiries, drafts outreach, and represents TROA externally.
- 🤝Wanderer of Realms (Ambassador): Trusted emissaries to allied servers or communities.
