Named after the color of its ocean and atmosphere, Teal is a calm and tranquil planet that is dominated by its large ocean, covering most of the surface. The continents and islands that are scaterred across the planet are usually composed of a mountain range surrounded by flat plains, characterized by many rivers. Due to the common strong winds on teal, vegetation consists of mostly grasses with some trees and bushes on the plains. Both poles of the planet are covered by thick ice shields that stretch to about 65° north and 55° south from the equator. The tallest mountain is the 3020 m tall Mount Verboro around the equator, closely followed by the 2950 m tall Niadosa near the south pole.
