    FiveM Disciplinary Contact Policy

    This document will cover the procedure that Staff and Members must adhere to when being contacted regarding any type of disciplinary action.

    When a disciplinary is brought upon a Member, a Staff Member will do the following:

    • Review the complaint.
    • Tag the member in question in the appropriate department channel that they need to be seen.
    • This will occur only once and expires after 48 hours.
    • If after 48 hours you don't receive a reply, then remove the Member's whitelist.

    When a Member receives a ping for contact they will do the following:

    • Directly contact the Staff Member in question via TROA communications methods which include not limited to discord, ingame, chat, forums, email
    • This must occur within 48 hours of original post.
    • If you fail to contact that Staff Member within 48 hours, you will have your game access removed without notice until you have done so.
